1. Acceptance of Terms
By filling out any form, booking a call, or using any service from Goldmine Data ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Goldmine Data provides exclusive buyer leads and related marketing services to home-improvement contractors (roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, etc.). Leads are delivered via email, CRM, or dashboard. You only pay a 5% success fee on closed and collected jobs that originated from our leads.
3. Performance-Based Pricing
There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or retainers. - You are invoiced 5% of the final collected job amount within 7 days of job close. - You must report closed jobs honestly within 30 days of collection. - Failure to report or pay valid invoices may result in suspension of lead flow.
4. Lead Exclusivity & Quality Guarantee
Leads are 100% exclusive — sold to one contractor per trade per market. - We guarantee leads match the targeting criteria discussed on your Data Assessment call. - Invalid leads (wrong zip, fake phone, etc.) will be replaced free of charge if reported within 7 days.
5. No Contracts
Cancel Anytime. There is no long-term contract. You may pause or stop receiving leads at any time with written notice to [email protected].
6. Refund & Liability Policy
Because you only pay on closed jobs, there are no refunds on success fees. - Our maximum liability is limited to the total success fees you paid in the previous 30 days.
7. Prohibited Actions
You may not: - Resell, share, or transfer leads to another company. - Harass or spam leads in violation of TCPA or CAN-SPAM laws. - Use our leads with deceptive or illegal practices. Violation may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All dashboards, scripts, training materials, and CRM templates remain the property of Goldmine Data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
